Artist Statement

My work explores the relationship between acquired synesthesia and counter-terrorism.

With influences as diverse as Caravaggio and Roy Lichtenstein, new insights are crafted from both mundane and transcendant structures.

Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the theoretical limits of the human condition. What starts out as yearning soon becomes corroded into a carnival of distress, leaving only a sense of decadence and the dawn of a new synthesis.

As shimmering derivatives become distorted through boundaried and critical practice, the viewer is left with a testament to the limits of our world.

Also I take lots of pictures of my kids. And this is not real.
